  • Room Rates: $261 plus 14.5% tax, plus $38 resort fee per night for a standard room
  • Room Cutoff Date: Wednesday, October 2, 2024
  • Booking Policy: 
    • A limited number of rooms are available at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando Fl, Rooms must be booked prior to October 2, 2024, to qualify for the group rate and are subject to availability. After the cut-off date, additional reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis
    • A deposit of one night’s room plus tax at the time of making the reservation is required.
    • Final payment is due on the day of arrival.
    • Hotel registration link will be sent after you register for C3X
  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable for cancellations 3 days/72 hours prior to arrival date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing. Requests can be submitted via email to info@nacas.org.

Refund requests will be processed after the conference. Please allow 4-6 weeks post-conference for your refund to be processed.

  • Cancellations received up to September 23, 2024, will be refunded minus a processing fee of $95.
  • Cancellations received after September 23, 2024, will not receive a refund.

Transfers and Rollovers

Registrations may be transferred/applied/deferred to another event or person if written notice is received by August 16, 2024. There is no charge for transferring a registration to another individual. Registrations being rolled over to future conferences are subject to a processing fee of an additional $75. Once a Rollover is processed, the Rollover is deemed non-refundable. Rollovers may not be deferred for more than one year. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Please contact the NACAS Office at info@nacas.org to coordinate either a transfer or rollover.

Notice: If NACAS must cancel this conference for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fees paid only. NACAS is not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees.
