Did you know a nearly 58% of Houstonians live in apartments or condos? We collected data at the Houston Auto Show this year, and our survey data revealed that 73% of local EV owners charge at home. Evolve’s eMobility Microgrants support advances in equitable eMobility through grassroots community projects. And, in both Round 1 and Round 2 of the initiative, community leaders will install EV charging stations in multifamily unit homes in historically underserved neighborhoods of Houston. #MultifamilyEV #EquityInEVs #EvolveHouston

Happy to support!
On April 26, 2024 The Energy & Environmental Law Society held the Spring Speaker Series focusing on repurposing fossil fuel infrastructure and deployment of alternative energy. The event was a labor of love for the 2024 EELS board and we could not be prouder! Thank you to everyone who attended in person and online--Including Dr. Ramanan Krishnamoorti and Dr. Deidra M. Perry who took time out of their busy schedules to attend. I also want to send a huge thank you to the support of UH Energy, ABA SEER, The Foundation for Energy & Natural Resources Law, and the Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Center at UHLC. We welcomed Casey Brown, MBA from Evolve Houston, an important partner for EV projects at the University of Houston, Rachel Parmer from Texas Parks & Wildlife, Navmi Naik a PhD physics student at UH, and two of UHLC's very own: Frank Chambers & Adrienne Murr sharing their incredible research. We will soon be sharing links to each of these chats.
