UHsecondary

UHS Faculty and Staff,

Following recent changes to the UHS Sexual Misconduct Policy, we want to ensure that the University community understands its reporting obligations and the severe consequences for failing to report.

In collaboration with Human Resources, the UHS Title IX offices have developed an online training module to assist you in understanding your role and responsibilities as they relate to reporting incidents of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and/or stalking. In the coming weeks, you will be contacted by Human Resources with information about this training course. Completing the online training course is mandatory for all UHS employees, and must be completed within thirty (30) days of its announced availability.

The University of Houston System is committed to maintaining and strengthening an educational, working, and living environment where students, faculty, staff and visitors are free from sex discrimination, sexual violence and misconduct. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation in helping us ensure a continuous safe campus environment for all.

Regards,
