Pet Therapy

UH Wellness is offering some pet therapy to Coogs! There will be three dogs and one cat to play with. Interacting with pets helps release endorphins that produce a calming effect, alleviate pain, and reduce stress. CFSL/MVP Service Event

Cougar Cupboard: New Open Hours to Grab Free Groceries

The Cougar Cupboard is an on-campus food pantry that every student can use! Stop by the Wellness office during our new open hours for free groceries every week:

  • Monday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Thursday: Closed for deliveries
  • Friday: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

  • GRATEFUL Event | GRATEFUL will take place on April 27 and feature a plant-forward menu, earth friendly activities and together we will build 600 bags that are packed with purpose and will be donated to create awareness and fight food insecurity.
