Second Annual Shine A Light on Mental Health Fair

The College of Pharmacy is hosting the Shine A Light on Mental Health Fair. We will have multiple speakers and resources to share about different topics of mental health and activities including Zumba and more ! Additionally, we will have raffles and prizes throughout the event. May 13, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Zoom

HEART Research Training & Experience

The UH Houston Experience for Advancing Research and Training (UH-HEART) program provides transdisciplinary summer research experiences and translatable skills that prepare participants for future careers in cardiovascular-related research. Up to five research fellowships will be awarded to rising juniors, seniors, and recent graduates for a 10-week, full-time research experience from June 2 to August 4. All eligible students are invited to apply!

UH-HEART provides a $6,000 stipend to fellows who complete the program, with additional funding available to attend a research conference within six months of program. Application deadline: Sunday, May 9.
