Emergency Funding Available

The Diamond Emergency Fund was created to provide funds for emergency financial needs to current full-time students who have spent time in the foster care system, are orphaned or a ward of the state. The application for assistance is open! Contact diamondscholars@uh.edu for more information.

Stress Management and Personal Wellness

This powerful, workshop on Stress Management and Personal Wellness is designed to help individuals increase their “stress” awareness and help them learn more about:

  • How to identify and cope with what stresses them individually.
  • How to manage stress at work and away from work.
  • How to develop a personal wellness program to reduce the risk of stress-related health problems.

When: May 5, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., UH Wellness Extension Classroom
