Free Lunch Wednesdays

The Free Wednesday Lunch program is not only a signature program at A.D. Bruce Religion Center, but it is also a vital campus program for our community. The Wednesday Lunch program creates an opportunity for our community to connect and engage with one another over a hot meal. Whether you identify as faith-following or non-religious observing, all are welcome. Each Wednesday lunch is generously sponsored/provided by a UH Department, Campus Ministry, or local House of Worship. We welcome the UH community on each lunch date to gather in fellowship for the nourishment of the body, mind, and soul.

Pocket Pantry Thursdays

United Campus Ministries (UCM) Houston and Pocket Pantry sponsor students, faculty, and staff for Pocket Pantry Thursdays. The pantry provides nonperishable quick meals, snacks, female hygiene products, condoms, and pregnancy tests. All are welcome to receive supplies and we are also available Tuesdays and Wednesdays during office hours.

Good Morning Mondays

Good Morning Monday's focus is to help to brighten your morning to start the week off. What better way to start the week than with Coffee (or Tea) and Donuts? Come to the A.D. Bruce Religion Center for a quick hot beverage and a sweet treat.

Donuts with Dr. Dan

Dr. Daniel Maxwell, interim vice president of the Division for Student Affairs wants every UH student to have "The Cougar Experience". The Cougar Experience is dedicated to providing students with the resources they need to have the best collegiate experience. Donuts with Dr. Dan was developed to give students an opportunity to discuss their campus experience.  This informal small group session allows Dr. Dan to find out what is going well, where you have been challenged, and how you think we can do better.  If you have questions or just want to talk, sign up here.  Light refreshments will be provided.
