Fall Dining Updates
06/30/2020, 10:00:01 AM

Hey Coogs!

UH Dining is committed to providing students, faculty, staff and guests of the University with a quality dining experience at all of our locations. To help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission, we are adhering to local, state and national directives to implement operational changes for the Fall 2020 semester and the foreseeable future. Please visit our website for more information, including preventive measures that will be taken to help ensure the safety of our campus community and what you can expect from your UH Dining experience upon your return to campus.

Changes to the UH Dining experience will include:

  • Cougar Woods Dining Commons will now be open 24/7, instead of Moody Dining Commons. Click here for a complete list of UH Dining Commons and retail concept hours of operation.

  • Guest passes will not be offered with Fall 2020 plans.

  • UH Dining will transition to a cashless format and asks that all guests use credit, debit, tap to pay options such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, and/or Cougar Card only.

  • Meal plan pricing has not been impacted, however, our dining commons structure has transitioned from self-service to foodservice being fully served exclusively by our associates. In addition, where there were once Build Your Own/customizable options there will now be pre-made student favorites to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow. There are several meal plans available to choose from, each designed to fit your needs based on how often you eat on campus.

All Unlimited Meal Plans allow you to eat at the Moody Towers and Cougar Woods Dining Commons.

Commuter meal plans are also available to meet the needs of students who only eat occasionally on campus. Not sure what meal plan works for you? Visit us online for more details and resources.

Exciting new dining concepts are on the horizon!

  • Asado – Burritos and More
    Offered through Boost mobile ordering

  • La Cucina – Modern Italian
    Offered through Boost mobile ordering

  • Tandoori Nite
Moves from Student Center Satellite to former Taco Cabana space at Stadium Garage

We look forward to serving you in the fall!
